Can I place an order through customer service?

Currently, we do not. We will begin offering bespoke stationery services this Fall of 2025.

PURCHASING AND PAYMENTS
What payment methods can I use online? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Paytm.
Will there be customs and duties charges?
If you are purchasing from outside of India, duties or handling charges that may be levied in the country of destination are beyond our control and we are unfortunately unable to accept any responsibility for these.
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all addresses in India as well as internationally. For international deliveries please contact Customer Service at customerservice@ittakesadream.com.
Do you deliver to post office boxes (PO Boxes)?
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Domestic orders will be delivered within 5 business days for non- personalised orders. Delivery times for custom and personalised orders will depend on the requirements of each individual order. How can I track my order?
All purchases can be fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email or text message with tracking details. From midnight that night, you will be able to track the progress of your order by following the link provided, which will take you to our delivery company’s website. You can also contact Customer Services at customerservice@ittakesadream.com.
Can I add a different delivery address to my order?
Yes, you can have your goods delivered to an address in India that is different to your billing address. When you reach the Delivery Address section of the checkout process, simply click on Add A New Address.

What is your method of delivery?
It Takes A Dream uses a number of carefully selected carriers. For further assistance, please contact Customer Services at customerservice@ittakesadream.com.
If I have placed separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
Can I request gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
