1 Delivery Location

We deliver to all Indian addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

For international deliveries, if you have any questions regarding whether we ship to your location, please contact us by email at customerservice@ittakesadream.com. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Please note, any delivery to non-residential addresses, properties with multiple occupants, student/temporary accommodation, properties with mail room or concierge services for deliveries, as 1.3 well as those with courier requests or account preferences allowing for safe place/deliver to a neighbour, are made at the customer's own risk and It Takes A Dream will not accept liability for any loss or damage of the delivered items.

2 Delivery Terms. Types and Charges
2.1
Domestic: Standard Delivery - INR250 Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it within 5 business days. All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your items as they are dispatched.

International: Shipping is via Registered Indian Postal Service. Charges will vary according to the country and address which your order will be delivered to and it will be calculated upon checkout.

Domestic: Standard Delivery - Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it within 5-7 business days. All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your items as they are dispatched.
International: Delivery to most countries will take approximately 10-14 days. However, the times are only estimates, and are dependent on customs in the country to where your order will be delivered.

3 Order Tracking
3.1
All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your items as they are dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email or text message with tracking details.
From midnight that night, you will be able to track the progress of your order by following the link provided, which will take you to our delivery company’s website.
Please note, we may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.

Can I add a different delivery address to my order ?
Yes, you can have your goods delivered to an address in India that is different to your billing address. When you reach the Delivery Address section of the checkout process, simply click on Add A New Address.
What is your method of delivery ?
It Takes A Dream uses a number of carefully selected carriers. For further assistance, please contact Customer Services at customerservice@ittakesadream.com.
If I have placed separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer reduced shipping ?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

Returns
Refunds
5.1
We are happy to accept returns if your order is received in bad condition. We will issue a refund on damaged items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Original shipping charges for orders returned due to damage, will be refunded under Conditions For Return.
If you wish to return your items (due to unforeseen damage) you will need to notify us by email of your return within 2 calendar days of receiving the item and then return the items within seven (7) calendar days from the day after you receive your order, in order to receive a refund.
5.2
Orders can be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. A credit note will be issued for cancelled orders. We are unable to offer refunds on cancelled orders, due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return / exchange request will only be accepted once.
5.3
How To Return An Item
Within India: Please send your parcel via a registered courier company to the Return Address.
Be sure to obtain a copy of the courier waybill and keep this copy until you receive your refund. We will provide email confirmation once we have safely received your parcel, and a refund has been processed. Please note that we will not accept liability for goods that are not returned via registered courier return service. Returns will not be accepted if they are sent via domestic post.
International: Please send your parcel via registered, traceable post or via a registered courier company to the Return Address. Be sure to obtain a copy of the certificate of the registered post or courier waybill and keep this copy until you have received your refund.
We will provide email confirmation once we have safely received your parcel and a refund has been processed. Please note that we will not accept liability for goods that are not returned via a registered courier returns service. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at customerservice@ittakesadream.com.
Please note we are unable to accept cancellations for personalized and customised orders, even if the order has not been dispatched.
Returns Policies
Condition of Return
Items damaged in transit should be returned new and unused, with the original packaging intact within seven (7) calendar days from the day after you receive your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to refund or exchange customised or personalised orders.
Late Returns
We are unable to accept (damaged) items received outside of our 7 days returns policy.
4 Returns FAQs
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order if it has already been processed. Orders may be cancelled if it has not been dispatched.
My order is damaged – what should I do?
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If any of the items are damaged, please contact our Customer Services Team straight away, quoting your order number and listing the item(s) that have been damaged.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Refunds for orders which are received in unsuitable / damaged condition, may only be requested by the person who originally placed the order and will be processed via the original payment method, within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence it.
Can I exchange an order?
We’re currently unable to offer exchanges for orders.
